Jungle Book week at Sugar Bay is really turning out to be spectacular!  Our camp is going wild with all our man cubs running around and having lots of cheerful jungle adventures. To get our man cubs to cool down and take a chill pill, we decided to create this delicious Jungle Book inspired Jungle Punch.  With ingredients like coconut and pineapple, we assure you, we have the Jungle flavour flowing!  Jungle Punch Recipe   Ingredients:      •    1 Cup of Coconut Cream  •    ½ Cup of Ginger Ale •    ¾ Cup of Pineapple juice •    Ice Directions: 1. In a large cup, add the Pineapple juice and Ginger ale, and stir for 1 minute. 2. Now add the Coconut Cream and stir for another minute. 3. Fill with ice.   It’s our final holiday camp for the July holidays… It’s Jungle Book week at Sugar Bay! We have turned Sugar Bay into an adventure filled jungle full of little man cubs’ waiting to explore what the wild side has to offer.  The new Jungle Book 3D motion picture just aired on the big screen a month ago. Our All-American Bash themed holiday camp was inspired by the 4th of July, American Independence day celebrations. In celebration of All American Bash week here at Sugar Bay, we’ve decided to share a traditional all American Apple Pie Recipe with all of you. There’s nothing like a good old freshly baked apple pie. And we’ve been having great fun having ‘pie-face’ eating competitions, so why not spread the love… or the pie rather…  All-American Apple Pie Recipe:  Ingredients: •    Store-bought puff pastry •    6 to 8 freshly picked, firm Apples •    Granulated Brown Sugar •    Ground Cinnamon •    3 tablespoons sifted All-purpose Flour •    3 tablespoons Butter, cut in small bits Preparation: Prepare the pie dough, divide half and roll out each half no more than 3 mm thick. Line a pie pan with one. Keep lined pan and top crust chilled. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Celsius. Peel and core the apples and slice them. Toss with sugar, cinnamon and flour. We s till can't get enough of our amazing Angry Birds themed holiday camp which was held last week at Sugar Bay .
