Nitro Circus week – Xtreme Motorcycle Exhibit

 

 

Our campers are having an adrenaline-filled experience this Nitro Circus week at Sugar Bay.
On 26 August 2016 (Thursday), our campers were treated to an extreme sports expedition complete with 360 degree bike rollovers and 3.5 meter high undercut ledges, from the Le Riche brothers. 

 

Brent, also known as “One-Wheel-le-Riche”, and Bruce, also known as “One-Hip-Wonder”, never ceased to entertain the crowd. The audience were at the edge of their seats and full of fascination as the brothers exhibited some enthralling tricks with their motorcycles. 

 
The setup and atmosphere was absolutely incredible and had our whole camp embracing the outdoors on a sunshine-filled afternoon. Campers received an in depth breakdown on body position, techniques, approach, line reading and the theory behind the science of extreme motorcycling. The kids were also allowed a question and answer session that the Le Riche brothers handled marvelously.

 
Ranked second and fourth in the United States of America, and holder of 13 South African Trials Championships, we were truly blessed to have these extreme motorcycle showstoppers bless our Sugar Bay parking lot with their stunts.
