3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
We love the Peanuts at Sugar Bay, this is why we
decided to host our very own Peanuts week themed holiday camp.
It was so interesting finding out that the Peanuts
wasn't a name Mr. Schulz had in mind for his comic strip. However,
inspired by the name itself...
Here's how to DIY Peanut Style with this quick and
easy,
3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
Method:
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Roll mixture into small balls and arrange on a baking sheet; flatten each with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving to a plate.Tasteful Tip:Garnish with unsalted, blanched peanuts!
Now all you gotta do is turn on the television,
insert your Peanuts DVD into your DVD player, and munch away on your
delicious Peanut Butter Cookies which you made by yourself!
